Bin Odour Solutions Shipping & Delivery Policy

Bin Odour Solutions products will only be sold and shipped within Australia.

Goods will only be shipped to the Customer on receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed upon by Bin Odour Solutions in writing with a date of payment specified & agreed upon by both parties. If payment is not received in the agreed amount of time, Bin Odour Solutions will contact the Customer concerned and discuss new payment terms. If payment is not made by the Customer in a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by B.O.S., Bin Odour Solutions has the right to have all supplied goods returned by the Consumer immediately (at the Consumers cost) and/or seek legal action to retrieve full payment as required.

After payment has been received by Bin Odour Solutions, products will be dispatched within 3 business days. Unless otherwise agreed upon, all products will be sent as standard shipping. Postage will be sent by Sendle or Australia Post. Due to Covid 19 these third party postal companies are experiencing delays which Bin Odour Solutions is unable to control. Hobsons Bay area deliveries will be made by B.O.S. Staff within 3 business days from payment being received. In the instance that the order is not delivered or significantly delayed due to a postal company issue the Customer should contact Bin Odour Solutions and advise accordingly. Bin Odour Solutions will contact the postal company concerned and arrange a suitable resolution for all parties.

Free postage for Hobsons Bay Residents isn’t available for Postage Lockers or PO Boxes as Australia Post requires these orders to be posted.

The 10kg Bin Bombs container may have a delivery time of up to 10 days until further notice.

At the time of writing these Terms & Conditions (11 May, 2020), Covid 19 was not impacting the supply of Bin Bombs fragrance pellets to Victoria. This isn’t expected to change but if it does in the future, time frames will change accordingly.
