Bin Odour Solutions Refund & Returns Policy

Bin Odour Solutions will not accept returns for change of mind.

Bin Odour Solutions currently offers a money back guarantee. A full refund will be given to people who use our Bin Bombs fragrance pellets as per our instructions for 1 month and if they aren’t satisfied with the results a full refund will be given.

If the Consumer claims the Bin Bombs deodoriser pellets or Organza Bags are supplied to an unacceptable quality Bin Odour Solutions will provide the Purchaser with an equivalent replacement or refund (depending on the Customer’s wishes). The Consumer must first prove the condition of the product with a photo on receipt of the product and a written description of the complaint emailed within one week of the receipt of goods to B.O.S. If the goods are damaged in transit by a third party, the Courier/ Delivery Service will be contacted by Bin Odour Solutions for possible financial compensation or other suitable resolution. Bin Odour Solutions will contact the Consumer with the third party outcome.

If a Consumer has a complaint regarding the products or service provided by Bin Odour Solutions the Consumer is requested to contact B.O.S. Management directly by phoning 0488 008 362 to lodge the complaint. All care will be taken to resolve the complaint in a timely manner agreeable to both parties.
